Cancellation Policy

To definitely cancel your booking, please, log in to your TripsPoint account, then go to 'My Bookings' -> 'Confirmed Bookings' section, choose your booking, and then in 'Details' click grey 'Cancel" button explaining the cancelation reason and confirming the booking cancelation.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Canceling a booking with TripsPoint can result in cancellation fees being applied by TripsPoint, as outlined below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator (see an exact tour page for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified via email.

Any refund is subject to non-refundable payment processing fees defined by banks and credit or debit card processors. These processing fees are typically 5% of the processed payment not refundable under any circumstances, no matter there's a full or a partial refund.

Tour Products & Services:

Cancellation Policy is different for each tour product or service, defined by the tour product or service provider, and is clearly stated in the "Cancellation Policy" section on each tour page.

There are following types of a Cancellation Policy:

1. SOFT Cancellation Policy

- Free Cancellation - no matter when Customer cancelled a booking, there’s no cancellation fee and your booking deposit will be fully refunded.

2. STANDARD Cancellation Policy

- If a Customer cancels at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

- If a Customer cancels between 13 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

- If a Customer cancels within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, or don’t show up at the meeting point on time there is a 100 percent cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

3. STRICT Cancellation Policy

- All the tours, attraction tickets, and any other listings with Strict Cancellation Policy are subjects of 100% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If a Customer cancels, fails to show up, or is late to the scheduled tour or attraction, and there's an outstanding balance to pay, the remaining amount will be automatically charged from the customer's credit/debit card or PayPal account.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

Refund by TripsPoint is applicable only for the payments made through TripsPoint Website.

No refunds are available for any part of payments processed outside of the TripsPoint Website or directly to the TripsPoint suppliers. In the case, if you have made such kind of direct payments of the Remaining Balance in advance and directly to the tour, activity, holiday accommodation or rental service supplier, TripsPoint is not responsible for any consequences, including a refund of the payment in the case of cancellation.

Event, Attraction, Theater, Show or Coupon Tickets, tours with Strict cancellation policy:

- these are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Modifying or Amending Your Booking:

All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to the service Supplier or TripsPoint Support Team who will process the request.

TripsPoint does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care team more than three (3) days ahead of your confirmed travel date.

It is not possible to change or modify a special event, theatre or show ticket. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be amended once your original purchase is confirmed.

All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; TripsPoint cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.

If you request a date change within three (3) days or less of your confirmed travel date, TripsPoint will attempt to fulfill your request; however, changes made three days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. For multi-day and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (7) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.

If you make a purchase using a TripsPoint promotion code, or if you accept a discount or special-offer price during the TripsPoint checkout process, you may invalidate your discount or special-offer price by making any changes or amendments to your itinerary once your purchase is complete. TripsPoint may decide, at its sole discretion, to keep your discount or special-offer pricing if you make a post-purchase change or amendment to your itinerary. However, TripsPoint reserves the right to invalidate your discount or special-offer pricing if you make any changes to your confirmed itinerary.

Cancellation of an Amended or Modified Booking:

Once a booking was amended, tour date, number of participants has been changed, such a booking is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, TripsPoint reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked at this Website, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance by our agents, service providers and/or suppliers of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, product or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify the consumer, travel agent and/or distributor as appropriate, in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.
