FULLY PREPAID RESERVATIONS
By reserving your motorbike rental, you authorize Tripspoint Bookings Llimited to book reservations for the total reservation price. You agree that your credit card will be charged by TripsPoint Bookings Llimited for the total reservation price.
RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING DEPOSIT
By reserving your tour and excursion, paying a Booking Deposit as a part of total price, you authorize TripsPoint Bookings Llimited to book reservations for the partial reservation price as the Booking Deposit. You agree that your credit card will be charged by TripsPoint Bookings Llimited for the Booking Deposit as a part of total reservation price and you agree to pay the Remaining Balance directly to the motorbike rental service supplier on the receiving of reserved motorbike in cash, by card or another method specified in your voucher.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
For cancellations by Guests, cancellation charges depend on when TripsPoint Bookings Llimited receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:
CANCELLATIONS MADE BY CUSTOMERS:

– 48 hours or less prior to the tour start time: No Refund
– 49 to 72 hours prior to the tour start time: 50% Cancellation Fee
– 73 to 168 hours prior to the tour start time: 25% Cancellation Fee
– 169 or more hours prior to the tour start time: Full Refund
CANCELLATIONS OF ANY BOOKING CAUSED BY TRIPSPOINT BOOKINGS LIMITED, TENERIFE HOST, THIRD PARTY TOUR OPERATORS, DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS AND ANY OTHER REASONS:

All cancellations or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. TripsPoint Bbookings Llimited will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF RENTAL OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED, INCLUDING, IF IT CAUSED BY CHANGED WEATHER CONDITION AFTER START OF THE RENTAL PERIOD.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your rental period not utilized.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
All requested changes to reservations are subject to TripsPoint Bookings Llimited’ sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing.
Changes are subject to all applicable fees, and charges. Customers wishing to make a change, please, answer the e-mail with your booking ID (specified in the voucher).
BANK & CREDIT CARD FEES
Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and excursion on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and TripsPoint Bookings Llimited takes no responsibility for these associated costs. If you have any questions about these types of fees applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly.
CHARGES ACCEPTANCE
Making reservation of a motorbike and using it you authorize TripsPoint Bookings Limited to charge your credit or debit card, or bank account for any of following:
- Booking deposit - a partial payment of the total rental price to hold the reserved motorbike for you.
- Unpaid remaining balance.
- Booked extras.
- Any damages caused by you while using rented moto scooter, motorbike or motorcycle, or damages caused by inappropriate use, or vialating or Motorbike Rental Conditions.

The Operators of motorbike rental are solely responsible for their acts and omissions and TripsPoint Bookings Llimited assume no responsibility for such acts and omissions, or for any injury, loss, damage, sickness or accidents sustained on any of the motorbike rental offered for sale ‐ again, to the motorbike rental identified as being owned by TripsPoint Bookings Llimited. TripsPoint Bookings Llimited in addition shall not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing or other valuables that have not been tendered to Management for safe keeping.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

USE OF GUEST’S LIKENESS
The undersigned Customers(s) irrevocably consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction by TripsPoint Bookings Llimited, or anyone authorized by TripsPoint Bookings Llimited, of any and all photographic, video and other visual portrayal(s) of the undersigned Guest(s), their child or ward, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in magazines, brochures, flyers, television, internet, and websites displays without further reference or compensation.
